If you have been a Care Giver employed by a Home Care Agency, Assisted Living Facility, Group Home or Nursing Home for over a year and enjoy working with older adults one-on-one in their homes then we need you. Our Clients are all private pay and in most circumstances their visits are at least four hours.
To get started we ask each candidate to complete our online Job Application. It is a rather long application and very specific for qualifications. We want to learn about you. Next each candidate completes two online assessments to see if our organization is a good fit for you. Next you go through two interviews and then complete nationwide background checks including drug testing and fingerprinting that is sent to the FBI for nationwide screening. Finally each Grand Assistant has two job references and two professional references verified and then you attend a full orientation on our policies and procedures.
After you join our team you will become an exclusive Dementia Care Provider, Qualified by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. You will get paid weekly. You will have the ongoing support of our Care Director that works with you closely to deliver the best care possible to your Client. You will become a Grand Assistant.
